Job Title: Call Center Agent
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle 50-70 calls per day, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle 50-70 inbound/outbound calls daily in a professional and courteous manner.
- Address customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow call scripts and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Work collaboratively with team members and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay up to date with company policies, products, and promotions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining quality service.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
