Job Title: Call Center Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle 50-70 calls per day, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle 50-70 inbound/outbound calls daily in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Address customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow call scripts and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Stay up to date with company policies, products, and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining quality service.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Shift:

  • Rotating shift

  • South Charleston, WV 25303 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • South Charleston, WV 25303: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
