Electronic Technician

Under general supervision performs preventive / predictive maintenance diagnostics and repairs on a variety of electronic and / or electrical equipment relative to their assigned location.< / p>

Performs function testing to verify equipment readiness after maintenance.< / p>

Must be proficient in understanding / interpreting electronic and / or electrical schematics / drawings / prints.< / p>

Performs work within a variety of Halliburtonspecific software and hardware.< / p>

Must possess advanced computer literacy.< / p>

Ensures adherence accurate input and maintenance of data into Halliburtons system of record.< / p>

Performs own work and assists others as directed.< / p>

Responsible for ensuring duties are performed in a safe efficient and effective manner.< / p>

Job tasks correctly performed impact indirectly on cost containment efficiency profitability or operations.< / p>

Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined.< / p>

Qualifications : < / p>

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.< / b>< / p>

1 year of experience in an electrical field is required; Technical Certification is preferred.< / b> < / p>
