Job Role description
The candidate must work as a shift lead in the respective region
Able to manage the technical and functional team working in the shift and provide support
Ensures production support processes run smoothly according to set company regulations and procedures
Responsible for coordinating and overseeing production support activities during your shift All the incidents and problem management tickets are assigned to the team
Provide technical support to the team for troubleshooting and diagnosing issues
As a part of the Production Support Team you will be responsible for supporting and monitoring applications that authorize and settle credit debit check and prepaid transactions You will also provide daytoday support to our clients merchants gateways vendors when issues are encountered in the production environment This position is great for someone who loves to learn has great technical skills enjoys solving puzzles and likes a challenge
Provide production support in the Cards and Payments domain
Monitor applications
Assist merchants gateways and vendors when troubleshooting issues and implementing new functionality in production
Provide guidance to new merchants who are going live with the latest software application
Implement changing records and analyzing incident records to provide responses within contractual SLAs
Research and troubleshooting incident records assigned via Service Point based on priority and severity
Work as part of a team to provide shift coverage on a rotational basis
Requirements
5 years of experience as a shift lead for the team who provides L2 production support experience in a financially impactful environment
3 years of experience in incident change and problem management
Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field or an equivalent combination of education military and work experience
Knowledge of ISO 8583 message standards and regulations
Key Product Knowledge Fiserv FIS Finastra others as mentioned in point 4 below

Knowledge of ISO20022 compliance
Experience reading TCPIP traces
Experience in Card and Payments domains
Knowledge of regulations related with payments
Knowledge of ACH RTP MuleSoft Murex Swift cross border and domestic payments
Knowledge of technical issues related with payment cards and payments principles of organization and operation of payment card systems
Certification ITIL or equivalent
