Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior MDM (Master Data Management) Reltio Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of Reltio MDM solutions to ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across the organization. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, and IT, to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead MDM Initiatives : Act as the primary liaison for all Reltio MDM-related projects, ensuring alignment with organizational data governance policies and business objectives.
• Solution Design : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design data models, and configure Reltio solutions to meet enterprise data management needs.
• Data Quality and Governance : Define and implement processes for data validation, cleansing, enrichment, and deduplication to ensure high-quality master data.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with business users, IT, and data engineering teams to define and document functional and technical specifications for Reltio MDM integrations.
• Configuration and Customization : Configure Reltio MDM applications, including setting up workflows, attributes, match and merge rules, and APIs for system integrations.
• Performance Optimization : Monitor and improve Reltio MDM system performance, ensuring reliability, scalability, and compliance with SLAs.
• Training and Support : Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on Reltio MDM functionalities and best practices.
• Reporting and Analytics : Create dashboards and reports to monitor key data quality metrics, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement.
