Your Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for building lasting connections with customers to help them win the recruitment battle, enhance guest engagement, and increase guest spending.
You will sell commercial enterprise software on a global scale using both traditional and SaaS delivery models.
You will share our story and the opportunity to reveal how our technology can help optimize a customer's guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales, revenue, and performance objectives within a defined vertical.
- Target potential leads to build sales pipeline using appropriate sales strategies and approaches.
- Educate customers on our technical capabilities leveraging industry and business knowledge underpinning their business needs.
- Develop proposals, deliver customer presentations, and close business.
- Leverage leaders, sales teams, and partners to seek out new opportunities and close business.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline updates.
- Pursue other duties as required by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years successfully selling outside software technology to the hospitality market.
- Proven track record of bringing in new business revenue.
- Passion for selling technology to enhance a customer's business.
- Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and communication skills.
Working Conditions
This position reports to the Vice President of Hotels/Resorts/Cruise Ships Sales and works closely with internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is willing to complete all necessary license applications, background checks, security checks, and provide copies of identification documents as required by any State, Federal or Tribal governmental agency to maintain compliance with their laws.
