Location: Sammamish, WA 98075
Position: Patient Services Coordinator
Pay Rate: $27/hr
Duration: 13 weeks
Expected Shift: 8:30am to 5pm, 40 hrs/week
Job Summary
Patient Care Coordinators are responsible and accountable for the coordination of information and support needed for the flow of patients at our clinics. As a patient-facing caregiver, you’ll provide customer service, helping patients through processes like check-in, registration, billing/financial aide and insurance. Patient Care Coordinators work in conjunction with our clinical teams to assist with scheduling, clinic operations and more.

Required Qualifications
– 1 year of experience in medical/healthcare setting or two years in a customer service role.
– Prior experience providing a high level of customer service in a fast paced environment, scheduling, insurance experience, including handling confidential data with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
– Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience
Our client is the one of the largest Healthcare Staffing Provider in the United States, to be assigned at one of their affiliated hospitals/healthcare facilities.
