Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, verify insurance information, and assist with registration and check-in processes.
- Handle patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy, resolving concerns or directing them to the appropriate resources.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records while adhering to confidentiality and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
