Key Focus: Servicing a Book of Business on EPIC
Location: Mesa, AZ
Salary: 65,000 to 85,000
*Must have prior insurance agency experience*
*Seeking someone with current exp with a commercial insurance book of business.*
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Provide top-tier service to your book of business, focusing on middle and large accounts.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs, maintaining high service standards.
- Marketing & Renewals: Employ creative marketing techniques and prepare detailed renewal proposals.
- Policy Analysis: Analyze coverages and programs, review policies, and suggest additional coverages as necessary.
Required Competencies:
- Licensing: Must possess a P&C License.
- Additional insurance designations CISR, CIC ....are preferred.
- Experience: 5 years (or more) in commercial property & casualty insurance, with a focus on large accounts.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the insurance marketplace.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Systems (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of EPIC or AMS360 System is a plus.
