We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our Buckeye, AZ office.
Position Summary:
As an Assistant Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will provide support to our Commercial Lines Account Managers in servicing and managing a diverse book of business. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, has a strong work ethic, and is passionate about building a career in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Account Managers in servicing commercial insurance accounts
- Prepare proposals, renewals, and certificates of insurance
- Process endorsements, policy changes, and documentation
- Communicate with clients, underwriters, and carriers as needed
- Maintain accurate records in our agency management system
- Support daily account management tasks and administrative duties
Required Qualifications:
- Must hold a current Arizona Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Minimum 1 year of insurance office experience preferred (commercial lines experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- This is an in-office, full-time position. Remote work is not available.
