Are you a dynamic, experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service and an eye for risk management? We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our team. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, providing exceptional service to our valued clients. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of the client relationship, from policy analysis and renewals to endorsements and certificates. Responsibilities

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, your responsibilities will include

• Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including property and casualty.
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries and requests.
• Conducting thorough policy analysis to ensure optimal coverage for clients.
• Handling policy renewals, endorsements, and certificates with accuracy and efficiency.
• Implementing effective risk management strategies to protect clients and the company.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and feedback.
• Working collaboratively with the team to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Staying abreast of industry trends and changes to ensure the highest level of service is provided.
  
  

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Commercial Lines Account Manager position will possess the following qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance, specifically in commercial lines, property, and casualty.
• Proven experience in customer service, risk management, policy analysis, renewals, endorsements, and certificates.
• Exceptional client management and client services skills.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess risk and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A strong understanding of the commercial insurance industry, including current trends and changes.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing positively to team dynamics and working relationships.
