Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) team on a contract basis. This role will play a critical part in optimizing and enhancing our contract management processes, with a strong focus on IronClad CLM. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in contract management technologies, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to support our legal and procurement teams in driving efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in IronClad CLM, supporting implementation, configuration, and optimization efforts.
• Partner with Legal, Procurement, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into CLM solutions.
• Drive process automation and workflow improvements within IronClad to enhance contract intake, approval, negotiation, and execution.
• Lead data analysis and reporting efforts, providing insights into contract performance, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Support system integrations between IronClad and other enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, etc.).
• Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure adoption and best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues, recommend solutions, and work closely with technical teams for system enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in contract lifecycle management or legal operations.
• 2 years of hands-on experience with IronClad CLM, including workflow configuration and administration.
• Strong understanding of contract management principles, legal processes, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with process mapping, business requirements gathering, and system implementation.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools preferred).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in global organizations and working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience integrating IronClad with ERP (e.g., SAP, Workday) or CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
• Knowledge of e-signature tools (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign).
• Experience in legal tech, procurement, or compliance-related projects.
