Title : Employee Benefits Account Manager / CSR
Salary : 60-80k Benefits
Location : Eau Claire, WI | Hybrid
Job Summary :
Account Manager will build client relationship in conjunction with Producers by providing quality customer service to ensure retention of clients and solicit bids on new business. Will be responsible for managing renewals, open enrollments, making presentations and handling the day to day service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Build, expand and solidify relationships with clients by addressing the client’s needs, including the identification and resolution of underwriting or policy issues.
- Build, expand and solidify relationships with carriers through regular communication and interaction on assigned accounts.
- Assist the producer in the renewal process for all assigned clients including ordering claims history, providing assistance in obtaining updated information (census data, carrier invoice, etc.)
- Assist with marketing / RFPs, changes to enrollments and implementation of benefit plans
- Responsible for the day-to-day account management of client accounts, including but not limited to processing policies, premium breakdowns, policy changes, providing coverage comparisons claims runs, responding to coverage questions, claims issues, ID cards problems, etc.
- Contract review as needed, for COBRA, EAP or simply the carrier booklets.
- Maintaining the agency database for assigned clients.
- Participate in client visits as necessary.
- Communicate and share information with fellow associates in regards to coverage issues, market availability and market conditions.
- All other duties as assigned.
