If you have strong attention to detail, excellent communication and customer service skills, Dove Healthcare is looking for you! We are currently hiring a full-time Benefit Specialist to join our regional HR team.
This position is located at Dove Healthcare - Regional Vent Center in Chippewa Falls but will support all Dove Healthcare locations.
As the Benefit Specialist, you will :
- oversee day-to-day benefit administration
- work with benefit partners to ensure employee satisfaction
- manage employee benefit eligibility
- assist employees with benefit enrollments and questions
- manage annual open enrollment period
- reconcile monthly benefit invoices
