Pay : $20–$25 per hour, DOE
Schedule :
Part-time : Must be available between 5 : 00 PM – 2 : 00 AM, Monday–Sunday (flexible schedule discussions available). Must cover consistent hours.
Full-time : Must work 5 : 00 PM – 2 : 00 AM on one of the following schedules :
Wednesday–Sunday
Thursday–Monday
Friday–Tuesday

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and tech-savvy Technical Support Specialist to join our night shift team. This role focuses on monitoring and managing automated workflows, ensuring that critical processes run smoothly. You will identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot exceptions, and take proactive steps to keep workflows moving efficiently.
This role requires strong analytical skills and quick decision-making to resolve issues in real time. You will work closely with the development team to document trends, flag recurring issues, and contribute to process improvements. Additionally, you will proactively engage with customers when necessary to resolve workflow interruptions and ensure seamless operations.
The position requires working the night shift (5 : 00 PM – 2 : 00 AM).
Part-time : Must be available for at 16 hours each week between 5 : 00 PM – 2 : 00 AM, on a consistent weekly schedule (flexible schedule discussion available)
Full-time : Must be available to work 5 : 00 PM – 2 : 00 AM Friday–Tuesday
The work is mostly remote, with occasional in-person meetings and training in downtown Oklahoma City. A paid training period will take place during daytime hours in Oklahoma City.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage automated workflows, ensuring tasks progress without delays.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks, escalating issues as needed.
Track trends in workflow exceptions and provide insights to the development team to improve system performance.
Proactively engage with customers when necessary to resolve workflow interruptions and ensure seamless operations.
Quickly troubleshoot and intervene when workflows encounter issues, ensuring smooth operation.
Maintain accurate documentation of workflow disruptions, trends, and customer interactions.
Ensure time-sensitive processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
Participate in occasional in-person meetings and training sessions in downtown Oklahoma City.
Required Qualifications
Strong technical proficiency – must be comfortable learning new software quickly, and carrying out workflows that span multiple software tools.
Highly detail-oriented and focused – ability to catch small discrepancies and anomalies in workflows.
Time-sensitive mindset – able to work under pressure and prioritize urgent tasks effectively.
Reliable and professional – must be able to work consistent night shift hours.
Experience in customer support, operations, or technical troubleshooting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be able to explain technical issues clearly.
Comfortable handling medical data, including images of wounds.
Trustworthy and responsible, with a strong understanding of data privacy and security.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing automated workflows or monitoring system performance.
Background in IT support, process automation, or operational troubleshooting.
Experience working in healthcare or handling HIPAA-regulated data.
Familiarity with home health, EMRs, or medical software is a plus.
