Aprilaire is seeking a collaborative and customer focused 3rd Shift, Regular, Assembler to join our team in Poynette, WI. There will be times where additional needs outside core business hours will be required.

Responsibilities

Pay:

2nd shift: $14.17 Base hourly Incentive Production Pay totaling $19-26 hourly shift premium

Available Shifts

3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday 11 PM - 7 AM

Qualifications

• Ability to operate equipment, troubleshoot, and problem solve
• Reading and understanding instructions and assembling products or their parts
• Use and be familiar with assembly and measuring tools, interpret visual aids, and must be able to perform simple math
• Must have a good command for the English language and be able to communicate, both written and verbal
• Dedication to quality and safety
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team environment
• Ability to frequently stand, bend, and reach
• Positive attitude and leadership skills
• Knowledge of lean principles desired, but not required
• Familiarity with assembly and measuring tools.
• Ability to perform simple math.
• Safety conscious with a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team setting.
• Ability to frequently stand, bend, and reach.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required.
