Compensation : Primarily commission based position.
Summary
Install accessories onto new vehicles.
Essential Functions
- Perform quality installations of automotive accessories on OEM manufactured vehicles.
- Install accessories including roof rack systems, trailer hitches, wireless charge pads, front and rear park assists, interior illumination kits, exterior body kits, exhausts, body decals, and any new accessories put into production.
- Use hand and air tools to install small and large accessories.
- Meet the time requirements of each accessory installation per OEM manufacturer guidelines.
- Remove wrap guard and interior plastics.
Competencies
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full time position. Days and hours of work are primarily 8 hours each day, Monday through Friday on a day shift when current with customer demands. This position often requires overtime.
Preferred Education and Experience.
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and / or training.
Work Authorization
Must be able to obtain TWIC badge (Transportation Working Identification Credential).
