Human Resources Director Assistant
APS Medical Billing, located in Toledo, Ohio is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Director of Human Resources to be a part of our team.
Description
The Assistant Director of Human Resources assists in overseeing the operations of the Human Resources Department, including benefits administration, compliance, policy administration, leaves, government reporting, strategic planning, recruiting and talent management, etc. This position ensures that all HR processes run smoothly and aligns with and supports the company’s business plan and strategic direction.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business, masters preferred
· Up to six years of progressively responsible leadership experience
· Up to three years of relatable experience
· Solid experience in higher level administration of Human Resources operations
· Skilled in interpreting, applying and explaining complex laws, policies, rules and regulations
· Analyzes issues, evaluates alternatives and makes sound recommendations within legal and policy guidelines
· Knowledge of multiple state employment law requirements
