APSI Construction Management invites experienced construction schedulers to join our owner-side team. You will support various capital projects for federal, state, and public agencies, as well as private interests and developers, contributing directly to project success with precise schedule management. This is your opportunity to join a pure construction management firm – where your work is clean, your role is respected, and your contributions drive real outcomes on the owner’s side of the table.
Role Levels:
- Scheduler I: 0-3 years of experience; foundational knowledge of CPM
- Scheduler II: 3-7 years of experience; solid scheduling and data analysis experience
- Scheduler III: 7 years of experience; program-level expertise with stakeholder coordination
Daily Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and manage schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel
- Perform progress tracking, critical path analysis, and earned value reporting (EVM)
- Review and analyze contractor schedules and Time Impact Analyses (TIAs)
- Perform forensic schedule analysis and contribute to claims evaluations
- Coordinate with project managers, cost control, and stakeholders
- Implement schedule controls, dashboards, and automation tools as needed
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
- Expertise in Excel (advanced functions, data analysis)
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and related scheduling tools
- Familiarity with capital construction programs and large datasets
