This position provides support and assistance to the Student Success Director by coordinating efforts across internal and external stakeholders, representing the Director in their absence, and addressing complex student challenges that require advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills. Working within a dynamic and collaborative environment, the Student Success Professional engages with staff at various levels, student employees, interns, and graduate assistants. Their core responsibilities include guiding freshman, sophomore, and transfer students in navigating academic and career pathways, managing proactive advising systems to support students in transition, and aligning with the college’s strategic priorities to enhance retention, progression, and persistence.
