This position is primarily responsible for managing the EAB Navigate 360 CRM system, as well as supporting additional student success technologies including Campus ESP and EdReady. The Specialist will collaborate with university stakeholders, develop training programs for faculty and staff, and utilize data analytics to inform university leaders on key student success metrics. This role also requires participation in university-wide committees and continuous professional development to remain current in the field.
