What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Care Specialist - Billing Support, you will primarily focus on billing support while assisting with basic troubleshooting and service-related inquiries.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Billing Support: Assist customers with understanding their bills, explaining charges, resolving payment issues, and providing general billing assistance.
- Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and ticketing systems, ensuring that customers receive clear and accurate information regarding their accounts and services.
- Basic Troubleshooting: Address basic technical inquiries related to billing issues or service disruptions, escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team members.
- Account Management: Maintain and update customer account information, process requests, and ensure accuracy in account-related details.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.
- After-Hours Support: Provide after-hours support for urgent billing-related issues when necessary.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 1 year of customer service or billing experience is preferred.
- Billing Knowledge: Basic understanding of billing systems or experience with handling billing inquiries is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain billing details clearly and effectively to customers.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately process billing information and resolve inquiries with precision.
