Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Process Technician to join our team in Mukwonago, WI. This individual will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and troubleshooting operations of all injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup and troubleshooting of injection molding machines and related equipment.
- Use of O.P.M. 20 system to troubleshoot process problems and documentation of any process changes.
- Work with the process Engineer to establish the process control limits.
- Communicate any process changes to the operator/inspector so they can perform any inspection per I.S.O. requirements.
- Perform daily housekeeping to provide a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma / GED equivalence.
- Requires 2-5 years of work experience and knowledge of plastic and plastic processing.
- Understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electronics.

Working Environment:
The selected candidate will work in an air-conditioned production floor with a rotating 2-2-3 schedule (6:20 a - 6:30 p or 6:20p - 6:30a). Safety shoes are provided, and employees are required to wear them on the production floor.
