Seeking a Marketing Project Manager / Program Manager to oversee and shape marketing communication plans, including developing plans in line with other business initiatives, communicating plans internally and securing leadership approvals.
You will:
- Review analytics and customer feedback to proactively identify and improve the experiences and satisfaction of our customers
- Working in collaboration with product or program owners, responsible for all aspects of strategic campaign development, measurement and execution of client’s marketing, digital and customer lifecycle nurture programs
- Achieve operational efficiency via effective implementation plans (e.g.,. optimal channel mix, targeted communications, relevant offers, relevant messaging)
Pay Rate: $53/hour on W2 basis (eligible to participate in benefits)
Start: December
Duration: 6 months (40 hours per week)
Location: Irwindale, CA
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
- 7 years of experience in marketing, advertising or communications
- Marketing Project management or program management experience
- Experience implementing automated offer management using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent enterprise-grade multi-channel marketing hub.
- Vendor management experience.
- Experience with multi-channel marketing strategy and planning (media, banner, radio, etc) driven by sophisticated analytics and data modeling.
- Utility or other highly regulated industry experience.
- Experience with enterprise marketing software – Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, Adobe Exp. or Cloud.
- Ability to work independently and in fast paced environment
