About Client:

The client provides information technology (IT) services, including business outsourcing, infrastructure technology, and application services. The application service offered by the company includes application development, maintenance, and support. The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries.

Salary Range: $175K-$185K/Annum

Job Description:

• Need Strong AI exp.
• Nice to have some AWS cloud exp as well.
• Architect and Design: Develop and implement comprehensive CRM and digital enterprise architectures that integrate AI technologies.
• Strategic Planning: Work with senior leadership to define the strategic direction for CRM systems and digital transformation initiatives.
• AI Integration: Identify opportunities for AI integration within CRM systems and enterprise applications to enhance user experience and business processes.
• Solution Development: Lead the development and customization of CRM solutions to meet business requirements and improve customer engagement.
• Data Management: Ensure data integrity, quality, and governance across CRM systems and digital platforms.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of CRM and digital projects.
• Technology Evaluation: Evaluate emerging technologies and AI tools to recommend and implement the best-fit solutions for the organization.
• Documentation and Training: Create detailed documentation and provide training to users and stakeholders on new systems and processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance and user feedback to continuously improve and optimize CRM and digital enterprise solutions.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing), and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen understanding of data analytics and AI-driven insights.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management: Proven track record of managing large-scale CRM
