1st Shift: Mon-Fri 6:00am-2:30pm
2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 2:30pm-11:00pm
OT: Voluntary and mandatory when required (Could potentially work on a Saturday or Sunday or extra hours during week)

What You'll Do
The Picker/Packer is responsible for support distribution by ensuring quality items are shipped to the customer in a timely manner.
In this Function You Will
Locate and select finished goods to process customer orders. Operate warehouse picking equipment.
Lift up to 35lbs. Climb ladders. Repetitive motion, standing & stooping.
Use RF scanners and computers to complete inventory transactions.
Receive and put away incoming product.
Responsible for quality of own work.
Perform waste and material management activities in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Keep work area clean and orderly. Follow all safety rules and practices.
Works in a team-based environment to meet Bussmann business objectives.
Required Qualifications
Must reside within 50 miles of work location; no relocation benefit provided for this position.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in warehouse operations.
Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
