Position Summary: FW Logistics is an experienced logistic service provider big enough to handle supply chain logistics needs while still being small enough to provide specialized service. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Picker / Packer for Warehouse Operations. The person in this role is responsible for picking ticket orders and pulling the items from the location based on number, size, color, quantity, and quality.

- $16.00 per hour depending on experience
- First Shift Monday through Friday 7AM – 3:30 PM
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Represent FW Logistics professionally and courteously at all times.
- Fill customer orders using a pick list or Rf Scanner
- Prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
- Ensures accuracy of order
- Operate material handling equipment
- Pull cases or single picks from shelves based on various requirements
- Stage items for delivery
- Must be able to meet the attendance expectation
- Must be able to work overtime if required
- Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1-year experience working in a warehouse, fulfillment center or industrial setting.
Physical Demands: Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Safely walk, reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, crawl, balance, and kneel. Must be able to work in a warehouse environment where temperature fluctuates based on seasonality.
