About Client :
The client provides information technology (IT) services, including business outsourcing, infrastructure technology, and application services. The application service offered by the company includes application development, maintenance, and support. The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries.
Salary Range : $150K-$170K / Annum
Job Description :
- Broad domain experience is ok ( BFSI is also ok)
- Data Practitioners
- Snowflake Heavy
- End to End Data Life Cycles
- Modeling and Governance and Data Strategy - Deep Tech Expertise - GCP for Cloud but all providers are helpful
- Certifications are highly advised in Data Modeling
- Engaging Customers - Understanding Customers for Solutions designs (land the project from the customer and then build it with them) hand in hand relationships with the customer during the execution of the project.
- Needs to be able to earn the trust and business from the customer
- Involved as a SME to close deals with Solutions
- This is not a managerial role
- Leadership responsibilities - can grow into managing people down the road
- There will be squads of people involved as this is in the Mphasis Practice
- Will be accountable for the deals to bring home
- Travel could be upto 50% to visit clients during deal propositions. (North America) possible to include Canada or Mexico down the road
- COE experience
- Need to have gone through Deep Engineering Process - Less concerned with titles as long as they have central influence on the Data skills
- Deep Tech expertise - Arch certs advised - Data Modeling
- Engaging customer with sales.
