Role: Senior Business Analyst (Digital Lead Services)
Location: Ridgefield, CT (Hybrid – 2 days/week in office)
Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry to lead digital data services. The ideal candidate will manage a shared services team, collaborate with off-shore teams, and work with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Team & Stakeholder Coordination – Work with off-shore teams, information management teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of requirements and updates.
- Pharma & Digital Data Expertise – Experience with digital and syndicated pharma data (e.g., NPP/Digital data, IQVIA data like DDD and Xponent, Veeva CRM data).
- Stakeholder Engagement – Act as the go-to expert for digital data and reporting, working with marketing, operations, and other teams.
- Requirements Gathering & Problem-Solving – Not just collect requirements but understand business challenges and suggest data-driven solutions.
- Project Management – Oversee projects, ensure timely updates, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Dashboard & Data Visualization – Experience with Tableau or similar tools to help stakeholders interpret data and guide dashboard reviews.
- Data Profiling & Business Rules – Define business rules, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics for third-party and syndicated data.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) – Lead testing for marketing mix models (MMIX) and summarize findings in reports.
- Operational Issue Resolution – Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Digital Performance Analyzer dashboard.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $58.46 - $75.00 per hour
