Job Summary:
We're looking for a ServiceNow Developer to help build, improve, and support ServiceNow applications, especially focused on the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and improve ServiceNow apps, features, and workflows using JavaScript and Flow Designer.
- Set up and support core features of the HRSD module.
- Create and manage connections between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs and tools like Integration Hub.
- Customize forms, lists, rules, and scripts in ServiceNow.
- Handle upgrades and patches to keep the platform running smoothly.
- Fix technical issues related to ServiceNow and its integrations.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum team and help improve development practices.
Must-Have Skills:
- 4 years of experience working as a ServiceNow developer.
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.
- Experience with modules like ITSM, HRSD, and custom applications.
- Good understanding of system integrations.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with the Service Portal.
- Certified Implementation Specialist - HR (CIS-HR) certification.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $61.70 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
