We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time, mid-level Graphic Designer position located in Provo, Utah. This role will work closely with our creative team to design a range of materials for digital and print. They will contribute to various projects, including email campaigns, digital ads, presentations, and web design.The individual we are looking for is also someone that enjoys working in a team environment, and excels working at an individual level.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visuals for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website elements, email templates, and promotional materials
Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual identity across all platforms
Design marketing assets that align with current campaigns and company objectives
Work on and manage multiple projects simultaneously, managing time efficiently to meet deadlines
Incorporate feedback from senior designers and stakeholders to refine and improve designs
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to keep designs fresh and relevant
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Creative Media, or similar (Recommended but not required)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD); experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other motion graphics software is a plus
Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, creativity, and attention to detail
Excellent understanding of design principles.
Ability to take direction and constructive feedback while bringing creative ideas to the table
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Requirements:
3 years of professional experience in graphic design
