Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting HR functions, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the business. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage core HR processes, including payroll administration and immigration support tasks
- Data Management: Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other records as needed, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Open to New Grads
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
