Our client is looking for a HR Operations & Content Analyst to play a key role in refining and improving HR service processes. This role focuses on developing a knowledge base for external HR users and internal employees, assessing and consolidating content, and implementing automation tools to streamline HR workflows. The ideal candidate has experience in HR shared services, content creation, and process improvement.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and maintain a centralized HR knowledge base for employees and HR service users.
- Work closely with HR functional teams to understand operational needs and improve case management processes.
- Evaluate and enhance existing HR content from multiple sources, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Design and implement workflow automation solutions to improve HR efficiency.
- Assist in identifying and prioritizing key knowledge areas for a new HR service platform launch
- Continuously analyze HR processes, identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Maintain documentation and standard procedures for HR workflows and service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR content strategy with business goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years in HR operations, shared services, or a similar function with customer-facing responsibilities.
- 2 years of experience creating and managing HR content resources.
- Proficiency with HR process automation, including form development and workflow tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for identifying inefficiencies in HR processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to synthesize information.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with UKG Service Delivery or similar HR service platforms.
- Experience developing electronic forms in HR service tools.
- Background in SOP documentation, process mapping, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Understanding of case management platforms and knowledge-sharing solutions.
Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite Tues - Thurs, Optional WFH on Mon and Fri)
Length of Assignment – 12-month contract with possibility of extension or conversion
Compensation Range – up to $40 per hour
