ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- The role will focus on analyzing and supporting the design and implementation of HR service delivery (case management) solutions. The role will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving knowledge resources and optimizing HR processes.
- The ideal candidate will bring a strong operational background in HR service delivery in a shared services environment, a passion for process improvement, strong analytical skills, and a curious, solution-focused mindset.
Must Have Skills:
- Bachelor s degree required or equivalent experience in HR or related discipline
- 3-5 years experience in a customer-facing HR operations or HR shared services role
- 2-3 years experience with content creation and knowledge management systems
- Experience with automation tools for HR processes
- Proven ability to effectively engage with HR COEs to understand their needs and translate to case management solutions which leverage platform features
- Excellent interpersonal skills to include communication, influencing, building trust and collaborating
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with electronic forms development in Service Delivery platforms is preferred
- Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) maintenance, including process mapping, process optimization or continuous improvement experience is preferred
- Experience with UKG is preferred
