Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new clients in IT staffing and augmentation.
- Identify and engage with decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, Procurement, HR) at target companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure successful placement of IT professionals.
- Negotiate and close staffing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Stay updated on IT industry trends and workforce demands to align business development efforts.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and revenue growth.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in IT staffing or staff augmentation sales.
- Strong understanding of IT job roles, industry trends, and recruitment processes.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing enterprise-level client accounts.
