Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service and support to our clients and their pets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to clients and their pets, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with medication pickups and other tasks as needed.
- Manage data in practice management software, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Perform retail sales and maintain accurate records.
- Reconcile cash drawer and perform end-of-day duties.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
