Job Summary - The Senior Project Manager position performs professional project management assistance / technical guidance for projects assigned for Division 8 frames, doors, and related hardware to ensure products provided by H&G / APTURA meets customer expectations.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible and accountable for :

• Perform technical assistance to Project Managers in Comsense, technical guidance work per H&G / APTURA standards, code requirements, manufacturer capabilities, customer expectations, and contractual requirements for the projects assigned.
• Provide guidance and review of customer no charges and back charges for best solution while limiting company exposure.
• Help Project Managers with review of ASIs / Bulletins / RFIs / PRs / etc., pricing of change orders
• Seeks out product knowledge, training, new Comsense techniques, diligently listens to instruction given, and consistently applies knowledge gained to grow expertise.
• Coaching and mentoring of team members.
• Assist in training of new and existing Project Management team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
