What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance / Mechanic position at AQJ Washes LLC?
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance worker to keep our facilities tidy and functional by assuming responsibility for repairs and cleaning. Inspect different equipment and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required.
Duties and responsibilities :
Perform minor repairs
Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
Install appliances and equipment
Maintain, service, clean and properly store equipment
Inspect and repair all damages to building surfaces
Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them
Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary
Job Skills and Qualifications :
Strong mechanical and manufacturing experience
Driver's license
Ability to walk, stand, and lift heavy objects (minimum of 50 pounds) for an extended amount of time
Ability to act competently in emergencies
Organized and detail-oriented
