What You’ll Do
As our Sales Design Consultant, you will:
- Engage and Inspire: Communicate with prospective clients, schedule appointments, and qualify leads to ensure each project meets eligibility requirements.
- Design & Visualize: Use design software such as AutoCAD or Google SketchUp (training provided if needed) to create innovative, accurate, and visually stunning pool renderings that bring clients’ backyard visions to life.
- Sell and Collaborate: Present your creative designs to clients, assist in material and accessory selections, and work closely with our construction team to transform designs into reality.
- Manage Projects: Coordinate with HOAs for necessary project approvals, gather essential pre-construction documentation (e.g., property surveys, engineering reports), and maintain an organized, updated pipeline using our CRM system.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Follow our proven process to ensure every project flows smoothly from concept to construction to ongoing maintenance, while continually exceeding customer expectations.
What You Bring
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive professional who:
- Has a flair for design and the ability to conceptualize unique backyard living spaces.
- Is experienced or eager to learn design software and understands construction basics.
- Possesses strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Is passionate about delivering high-value service and growing in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- (Preferred) Holds a four-year college degree and has a track record of selling high-value design-build projects.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Base & Commission: Starting base of $50K with commission draw expected within 3 months. Top performers have the potential to surpass $100K.
