What are the responsibilities and job description for the Underwriting Assistant (Internal Only) position at Aqua Finance, Inc.?
The Underwriting Assistant is responsible for the verification of customer contracts prior to or after funding. They will take inbound phone calls and forward them to the appropriate team as well as completing any administrative duties.
Essential Functions
- Greets customers by phone in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
- Collect all necessary information to accurately note accounts and applications
- Ensure timely verification of contracts in support of company objectives
- Ability to recognize problems and effectively communicate to the proper team for resolution

This position is an office-based position where you must be able to sit for long periods of time. The employee will be working on a computer 90% of the time.
