We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various systems and equipment. This role requires a strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, water industry experience, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Installation Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Perform installations of equipment and systems according to specifications and safety guidelines.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on installed systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for testing electrical components and diagnosing issues.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during installations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in installation or maintenance roles, preferably in a related field.
• Familiarity with water treatment systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks as required.
• A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.

About the Role

We’re looking for an Installation Manager/Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of water softeners and water treatment systems.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience Required: Hands-on experience with the installation and service of water softeners and water treatment systems.
• Travel Willingness: You must be willing to travel within a two-hour radius of Indianapolis, IN.
• No Plumbing License Required: While the State of Indiana Plumbing License and registration are not required, they’re a plus.
• Work Ethic: We’re looking for someone dependable, motivated, and committed to high standards of quality and customer service.
