We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various systems and equipment. This role requires a strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, water industry experience, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Installation Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Perform installations of equipment and systems according to specifications and safety guidelines.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on installed systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for testing electrical components and diagnosing issues.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during installations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while on-site.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in installation or maintenance roles, preferably in a related field.
- Familiarity with water treatment systems.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

About the Role
We’re looking for an Installation Manager/Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of water softeners and water treatment systems.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience Required: Hands-on experience with the installation and service of water softeners and water treatment systems.
- Travel Willingness: You must be willing to travel within a two-hour radius of Indianapolis, IN.
- No Plumbing License Required: While the State of Indiana Plumbing License and registration are not required, they’re a plus.
- Work Ethic: We’re looking for someone dependable, motivated, and committed to high standards of quality and customer service.
