Schedule monthly in-services and choose the in-service topic for the month
Follow and implement Aqua-Tots Swim Schools customer service guidelines to ensure an exceptional customer experience for every customer
Ensure quality and customer service standard
Communicate effectively with potential and existing customers
Build relationships with families, know their names and their children's names
Address customer concerns, providing a win / win outcome
Respond to parents within 24 hours of any reported instructor performance concern
Use the customer-focused principle in each customer interaction
Report unresolved complaints to General Manager
