Job Summary
Aqua-Tots in Cedar Park is currently hiring for our Aquatics Manager position. A little about the position:
Aquatic Manager Job Objective:
- Lead and manage Aquatic Staff to consistently provide swim lessons that adhere to the Aqua-Tots Quality Assurance standard and monitor lesson progression
- Aquatic Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leadership and management of swim instruction staff and Water Safety Program.
Aquatic Manager Requirements:
- Uphold Aqua-Tots Swim Schools Core Values
- AT-MWSI Certified (We will work with you to teach Aqua-Tots and get you certified)
- Recommended Pool Operator Certification
- 25-35 hours per week – depending on school’s need and season
- Minimum 9 hours (3 shifts AM or PM) of Deck Supervision
- 2-8 hours per week training and conducting instructor assessments. Time based on demand
- At least 2 shifts teaching swim lessons per week (AM/PM or SAT)
- 2-3 hours per week for meeting time with GM
- -This is an hourly based job
-Bilingual a plus
-Previous Aquatic Management Experience Preferred
-MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY! We are open Monday-Friday 8:30am-8:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am-3:00pm (5:00 if there are birthdays or other in school events). Although you will not work all those hours, we do require an open availability.

Previous Aquatic Management Experience Preferred
Swim coaching Experience Preferred
Swim team or previous swimming experience preferred
