We are excited to announce that Aqua-Tots Swim Schools is now hiring Front Desk Staff for our indoor facility located at 30219 Detroit Rd, Westlake, OH 44145. If you are friendly, outgoing, and enjoy working with children aged 4 months to 12 years, we want to hear from you! With flexible hours, an amazing work environment, Aqua-Tots is the perfect place to grow your career. You will also get to work in a fun and energetic atmosphere. Our team is supportive and friendly, creating a positive and welcoming work environment. In addition to the excitement of being a part of our team, this position is also Onsite, allowing you to work directly with our students at our state-of-the-art facility.
Shifts Needed: Tuesday AM, Thursday AM, Saturday AM

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist new clients with registration and membership sales.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage messages in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle and resolve client concerns with professionalism and care.
- Greet parents and students warmly, checking students in using our attendance tracking system.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, restrooms, changing areas, and observation spaces.
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting everyone with a smile and ensuring they feel at home.

- Can provide exceptional communication and listening skills.
- Friendly, able to multitask, work with a team, work in a VERY fast paced environment

Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for working with children and families.
- Intermediate computer proficiency, including familiarity with Word, Excel, and other software systems.
- Ability to pass a background check.
