What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Staff- Paid Training! position at Aqua-Tots Swim Schools?
Front Desk Position: Work with General Manager, Office Manager and Front Desk Staff on Aqua-Tots Swim School daily operations thereby ensuring company core values, customer satisfaction, and revenue increase.
Customer Service:
-Greet customers when they come into the facility
-Communicate effectively with potential and existing customers
-Build relationships with parents and children
-Handle customer complaints gracefully with a win/win outcome
-Report to manager if complaints are unresolved
-Lead by example for other staff members by using the customer-focused principle in every customer interaction
-Create professional relationships with parents and their children
Daily Duties:
-Uphold our Aqua-Tots Swim Schools Core Values
-Implement the use of Aqua-Tots Swim Schools systems of procedures set forth for the front desk staff
-Sell swimming lessons, birthday parties and related swimming merchandise
-Answer phones with the proper Aqua-Tots Swim Schools greeting
-Provide information about our facility and swim programs
-Give facility tours to new and existing customers
-Register new/existing customers
-Obtain and verify paperwork from new families on the first day of lessons
-Prepare cash deposits
-Ensure facility safety and cleanliness
-Opening or closing of facility
-Stock snack bar, retail merchandise, office forms and supplies, and all promotional materials
