The Role:We’re looking for an energetic Inside Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face (and voice!) of our company. From managing customer inquiries to supporting sales and inventory, you’ll be at the heart of it all. What You’ll Do:✅ Be the first point of contact for customers—via phone, email, and in-person✅ Assist with product selection, technical support, and order tracking✅ Process sales orders, quotes, and returns efficiently✅ Support inventory counts and cross-functional teamwork✅ Keep customer records accurate and up to date
What You Bring:✔️ 3 years of customer service experience (aquatics industry required)✔️ Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)✔️ Distribution/manufacturing experience a plus✔️ Excellent communication and organizational skills✔️ Self-starter with a team player mindset
