Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Leadership – Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand market share and drive revenue growth. Work closely with the executive team to align sales objectives with company goals.
Revenue & Market Expansion – Lead initiatives to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
Team Leadership & Development – Recruit, mentor, and manage a nationwide sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Implement training programs to enhance team performance.
Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction. Act as a trusted advisor, providing solutions tailored to client needs.

✅ Strong leadership skills with experience managing geographically dispersed sales teams.
✅ Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
✅ Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics, and forecasting tools.
