You will serve as a leader and point of contact during designated shifts, overseeing daily operations, resolving any issues that may arise, and upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism. This dynamic role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for aquatic education and customer service excellence.

We teach life-saving swimming skills, but our company culture is laid back. We get to work with children every day, so each day is full of smiles, laughter, and just being silly. Qualifications :
- Must pass drug test and background check
- Minimum 1 year management experience
- Able to work evenings and Saturdays
- Thorough knowledge of P&L Management
- Ability to lead and motivate others
- Ability to recognize problems and implement solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to operate a computer with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance
- Ability to create and implement growth strategies
- Typing minimum 45 wpm
- Willing to obtain CPO and LGI certificate at a future date
