Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Water Softener & Filtration Sales, Installation, and Service Technician. This role involves engaging with customers to identify their water treatment needs, installing systems, and providing maintenance and repair services to ensure optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales:
- Conduct water quality tests to identify customer needs.
- Educate customers on water treatment solutions, including water softeners and filtration systems.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing product recommendations and closing sales.
- Installation:
- Install water softeners, Iron Filtration systems, reverse osmosis systems, and other filtration units in residential and commercial properties.
- Ensure systems are installed correctly and meet manufacturer and industry standards.
- Service & Maintenance:
- Perform regular maintenance on water systems, including filter changes, cleaning, and inspections.
- Diagnose and repair system issues efficiently and professionally.
- Provide customers with troubleshooting tips and preventive maintenance advice.
Qualifications:
- Experience in water softener and filtration systems (sales, installation, or service) is preferred.
- Strong mechanical and technical skills. Understanding of water chemistry a big plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Plumbing or water treatment experience (preferred but not required).
