**Contract to Hire**
What you will be doing as the Accounting Specialist:
- Support company with will all accounting needs.
- Responsible for all basic accounting functions including AP, AR, reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Utilize Sage and Blackbaud for accounting functions.
- Support accounting practices for companies that do work both in the US and outside the US.
- Work in a collaborative environment where you will be exposed to more than just your job description.
What you will need as the Accounting Specialist:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of accounting experience.
- Experience with Sage/Blackbaud preferred, not required.
- Must be flexible and comfortable working in a small office setting, assisting with responsibilities outside of day to day tasks.
- Ability to problem solve and think outside the box.
