About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Policy Service Specialist to join our team at Aquarius Professional Staffing. As an Insurance Policy Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients by handling their policy-related inquiries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for all client service related work, including but not limited to:
- Apply renewal premiums and make policy changes as directed by policyowners.
- Process EPOs (early payoff) or balance payoffs as appropriate.
- Process surrenders and policy loans.
- Process freelooks and provide payment histories as requested.
- Answer incoming phone calls and handle customer service calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries and explain policy provisions to customers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in the financial services or insurance industry.
- 3-5 years life insurance experience and/or LOMA matriculation is desirable.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
